India-US Relations Take a Positive Turn (X/@TulsiPotus)
United States Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard met Indian Prime Minister Modi and discussed several issues. During the meet, she said that the private sector of both countries is deeply interested in mutual relations, which can open the way for a more effective partnership in the future. According to Gabbard, this dialogue will be important not only at the political level, but also between various departments and secretaries of both countries. This positive change can prove beneficial for the citizens of both countries.
Gabbard also mentioned she remains inspired by the teachings given by Lord Krishna to Arjuna in her personal and professional life. Citing the Mahabharata, she said that whether it is the battlefield or the challenges faced in today's complex times, the strength and guidance received from the Bhagavad Gita has always been important for her.
Earlier, Gabbard also met Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. In this meeting between the two leaders, there was discussion on further strengthening the strategic relations between India and America. Singh described this conversation as positive and said that "we have discussed defense, information sharing and other important issues, which aims to further deepen the partnership between the two countries."
Gabbard's visit has given rise to new hopes and possibilities in the relations between India and America. This step can prove to be important in the direction of improving defence, intelligence sharing and trade relations.
